We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and Europe. Click here for a full list of countries to which we deliver

When in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Priority is given to Next Day Orders, then Standard Orders and then Saver Orders.

Availability of items is given on the product page. If a product is out of stock, not yet stocked or new please email us at to find out when it will arrive.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery orders are usually sent using Royal Mail 1st class and you should allow 1-3 working days for delivery although we cannot guarantee exact times. Very large and/or heavy items may take slightly longer so please allow for this when ordering.

Saver Delivery

Saver Delivery orders are usually sent using Royal Mail 2nd class and you should allow 2-5 working days for delivery although we cannot guarantee exact times.

UK Next Day Delivery

Express Delivery (Next Day) orders are given priority over Standard Delivery. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative Courier which requires a receiving signature and are guaranteed to arrive the next day* (Monday to Friday). We also deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays (at no extra cost) although this is not covered by the Next Day guarantee.

*Northern Ireland, outlying regions, Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer so please allow for this when ordering. Next Day Guarantee does not cover these destinations.

*Allow two working days to the following islands: GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands.

*Allow three working days to the following islands: KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna.

*You need to order before the deadline of 5.00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 3.00pm (Friday) for delivery next day. Next day service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders placed after the deadline on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

*During periods of industrial action/disputes taken by delivery service providers and during periods of poor weather, i.e. snow and floods, we will strive to maintain the Next Day service by dispatching on time. However, the Next Day Guarantee will be suspended during these periods.

European Delivery

European Delivery orders are sent by Airmail/International Signed For which requires a receiving signature. There are size and weight limits whereby Teddy Bear Friends reserves the right to cancel orders that are too large to be fulfilled.
