I purchased a Hermann bear for a new baby. I knew what I wanted as I'd bought a Hermann product (from another supplier) many years ago. The bear I ordered from your company arrived within 3 working days from the day of order, was well packaged and arrived intact. It was in perfect condition from a manufacturing standpoint.

What I ordered was exactly what was on the Internet and the picture and text matched up, so I have no concerns whatsoever about the quality of the product’s description.

I would recommend that particular bear to friends and colleagues, and have already recommended your Company to a colleague, who was very taken with the bear in question.

I wrote on receipt of the product to thank you for your customer service, but will do so again, as it was excellent from the courtesy of the gentleman who dealt with the order, through to the speed of delivery. I really couldn't see any way you could improve the service you provide.

I purchased a Teddy Hermann for a specific purpose. I wanted him for a friend who had had a brown growling articulated teddy bear at the age of 8 and had had to leave him behind in really sad circumstances!! When I saw this bear he seemed perfect as he had all the attributes that I was looking for. He arrived on time in a nice gift bag, and has been loved by his new owner ever since. Thank you!

Dear Teddy Bear Friends The beautiful bear I purchased from you was for my new granddaughter. There is a tradition in our family that each newborn receives a teddy that will see them through the ups and downs of life. My own teddy is in fine fettle and could tell many a tale but he remains discreet and the true friend he has always been! The bear from you was beautifully packaged and more than lived up to expectations everyone is delighted and I am sure my granddaughter will be as she grows and can fully appreciate him. Hi, I ordered the Growling Teddy as a present for our first grandchild. I had bought my son one when he was born and so wanted one for his first child. I am very pleased with the Teddy, he is so soft and cuddly and a lovely size.

Is the growl meant to work every time you invert the bear? Because it seems rather intermittent, sometimes only giving a very small half growl, other times the full growl and sometimes no growl at all.

I am still taking it to Australia for our grandaughter, but would welcome any advice as to the best way to make it growl.

Hi Elizabeth The growler mechanism is a classic roller type whereby you invert the bear slowly and then bring back to the right way up. Because it is a mechanical system it will sometimes do 1/2, 3/4 and full 'growls' dependent on the way, i.e. speed and/or fullness, that the person inverts the bear. Regards Kevin Teddy Bear Friends
