I have made two purchases from teddy bear and friends these were for young brides made to carry the gift we chose the bridal couple - the quality and look of the product fitted our needs exactly. Rather than pay online I phoned as my computer skills are not the best. The phone manner was excellent and the product was well explained. Payment by debit was very easy and I was told when the gift would be dispatched.

I then received an email to confirm this, sure enough the product arrived well packed and when promised I have used this company twice and would not hesitate to do so in the future. I would take this opportunity to thank them for a great service.

Hi, I ordered your wedding teddy bears. I was really impressed with the quality and detail. It was a last minute thought for my brother in law's wedding, which they had abroad so it was an ideal gift for the day which would fit in my suitcase. The bears arrived next day, you had run out of boxes at the time which was no big deal and someone took the time to hand write an apology on my packing slip.
