Gift Boxes and Gift Bags

Free Gift Box with most teddy bear orders*

Our free gift boxes feature a bespoke Teddy Bear Friends design and add a lovely touch to your teddy bear gift.

Small and medium sized bears (up to 47cm) will arrive in these sturdy boxes that will ensure your teddy bear is protected from bumps and knocks on the way. Some companies send bears in jiffy bags would you believe, but we'd rather you received your treasured gift in something more suitable for what is sometimes an arduous journey.

Large, extra large and giant bears will arrive in plain cartons - either white or brown. Please note that orders of 2 or more bears will be sent together in one box - if too large to fit in a giftbox they will be sent in a plain carton.

Please note that these boxes are both for presentation purpose and to ensure safe delivery of the product. They can get bashed about sometimes and may arrive in an imperfect condition although hopefully will ensure your teddy bear is kept pristine. If you would like us to help keep the box in a better condition by wrapping it inside a little bit of bubble wrap and paper we will do this for you - please make sure to request this when ordering either in the comments section on the delivery page or send us a quick email.

Please note that the boxes provided are a free service and we are sorry that we cannot offer a replacement if damage occurs during transit.

To make your gift even more presentable you have the choice of adding gift packaging. When gift packaged, our free gift boxes will carry small sized bears (generally up to 33cm).

We offer a range of quality made, laminated gift bags with matching coloured tissue paper and a gift tag.

Choose a colour to match the occasion

We offer a variety of different colours including two shades of pink for girls, and two shades of blue for boys, red, green, black, silver and white.

We will endeavour to match the customer request. However, sometimes coloured bags are not available in every size. In these instances items will be packed in a white bag with the requested coloured tissue.

How to order

Once you have selected your gifts click on View Basket and then enter the Checkout.

At the first stage of the Checkout process you will be able to choose gift packaging for each individual item purchased.

Notes

Fragile items, i.e. glass or resin sculpted figurines are kept in their full packaging to prevent breakage - gift packing may be sent flat packed.

Where a product is too large to fit our largest gift bag, i.e. giant teddy bears or large boxed items, the product page will indicate this and gift packaging will not be attempted - any charges will be refunded.

*Except in exceptional circumstances where size or type of item does not permit, i.e. giant teddy bears or large bears in gift bags. Other soft toys and baby gifts are generally not sent in the box displayed but are sent in plain white or brown cardboard boxes.
