We ordered Philbin bear as a 21st birthday present for our niece.

We ordered the gift package and it was sent direct to her, so we have never seen the bear. However, the whole ordering / paying process was very simple and the choices were very impressive.

The Philbin bear was for my 4year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! Even though we put the order through quite late on the 13th of December it came very promptly with adorable packaging!

The bear is of very high quality with fabulous expressions and look great under the tree on Christmas morning with Santa hat atop! He is cuddled in her bed every night! Excellent service and great quality product, good value, delighted with all aspects!

He is lovely! And so full of character.

I discovered your site on ebay, I was looking for a bear for my wife. The first Valentine's Day present I gave my wife was a bear (called Mozart!) with a diamond heart around his neck. Almost thirty bears later I cannot think of any better way to say that feelings have not changed than with another bear. And my wife has been wearing a smile ever since he arrived!

Your service is excellent, your bears so cute and full of character.. what can I say? I am hooked again. I should have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. In fact I shall soon be back.. I want to give a colleague at work a bear for her newborn nephew (she is a brick, never wants anything for all the things she does for others so one of your bears for her little nephew - Sebastian (shades of Brideshead! - I have a bear called Aloysius.. he has been with me for years) will be the perfect solution to the dilemma.

I ordered gund large philbin as a gift. When the bear arrived very quickly, nicely packed I was tempted to keep him myself. This bear is large squishy very cuddly and a beautiful chocolate colour. He has a lovely face which is very appealing for children and adults also! I would definitely recommend this bear for any occasion although it was hard to make a choice out of the two different colours. Very pleased with service.
