Many thanks for your prompt and efficient service. I placed my order for the Royal Selangor Winnie the Pooh Clock at 10am and it arrived at 9am the following morning. I did pay the extra for express delivery just to be sure it was here in time for my grandsons christening the following weekend and in case it didn't live up to expectations or was damaged. The packaging was very secure and the item good quality and as shown on the website. My son and daughter in law were very pleased with the gift and it is something that is both decorative and useful.

Ordered this item as a gift for my Grandson's naming ceremony. Product was delivered within the stated parameters and was very securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit. Loved the product, really pleased with the way it looked and would recommend this item as a gift. Instructions for starting the clock were very well laid out and easy to follow although we had some difficulty with the small size of the time adjustment wheel on the clock. Excellent service from Teddy Bear Friends and we intend ordering again (Probably another clock for my Grand Daughter's Christening). Kind Regards
